Ten monks were arrested at Tibet's Khenpa Lungpa Monastery for defying the "patriotic re-education" campaign, in which authorities demand ritual denunciations of the Dalai Lama. Last week, 140 monks were arrested at Labrang Monastery, Gansu province. [more [4]]
